When you apply for residency, it is important that you complete the entire application and provide the health information that is needed. This information is, of course, kept confidential. The application may be delivered to us or mailed to:

Should you decide to reserve a residence, the Executive Director will assist you with choosing the size and location that best meets your needs and financial means.
We require a month’s rent for security deposit to reserve your residence. When you are ready to move into Sunapee Cove, we will ask you to review and sign a rental lease agreement. The security deposit is refundable to you should you decide to leave residency at Sunapee Cove as long as your rent is paid up to date and there is no substantial damage to your apartment.
